What will be going on at this Summer Camp?
Grappling Summer Camps at Atlantic Jiu Jitsu Sligo are well known for the high level of training from world class instructors and the hugely positive atmosphere provided by the hosts. The aim of this summer camp is to provide you with world class training with one of the sports best instructors, Kenny Johnson. There will be 2x training sessions per day including drilling, technical practice, sparring, etc, See schedule for more info... Who is Jonathan Thomas?
Kenny Johnson, is a highly respected wrestling coach and Jiu-Jitsu black belt. A standout wrestler at the University of Iowa under legendary coach Dan Gable, Johnson is the founder of the Bolt Wrestling system and has served as head wrestling coach at Black House MMA.
He gained international recognition for his work with numerous MMA world champions including BJ Penn, Anderson Silva, Lyoto Machida, Jose Aldo, Alex Pereira and many others. Known for seamlessly blending elite-level wrestling with BJJ and MMA strategies, Kenny is widely regarded as one of the premier wrestling coaches in combat sports.
