After 11 years @lucaslepri returned to Sligo to teach some of his world class Jiu Jitsu skills.
In 2014, Lucas showed us so much and brought our standards as a team up to another level. This time around was no different.
Lucas showed attacks from his guard game that combined into his passing game when he gets on top. Some excellent details and concepts to apply in our game.
The champ made some very interesting points on his mindset and attitude while competing at the highest level. Great food for thought.
