Wow! Two days of the most epic wrestling training in recent memory with one of the best wrestling coaches in the world, Kenny Johnson, head coach of @blackhousemma in LA. Kenny was a student of Dan Gable and wrestling coach to over 30 UFC champions.
Kenny showed high level fundamental skills from the back bodylock on day one, followed by precise focused training on stance, motion, set-ups and more.
