Saturday 16th July we had the distinct privilege to host BJJ blackbelt & head coach of Team Torres Derry, Martin McLaughlin – who delivered x2 sessions in the gym.

Martin delivered a tremendous seminar today. It was a great opportunity to learn from one of the top coaches in the country.
