Dear Members,

I hope you are doing well. I’m delighted to let you know that after 9 Months of being closed we will finally be re-opening on the July 5th!

On May 28th The Government announced lifting restrictions on all sports and a return to action from the July 5th.

Precautions and Personal Responsibility

As always, if you are sick or showing any symptoms of respiratory illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath), please do not attend training.If you are concerned about vulnerable people in your household or that you have close contact, please do not attend.It is vitally important to take personal responsibility in all decisions regarding you’re return to training. If you have any concerns please refrain from training until you feel it is appropriate for your personal circumstances to return to the mat.

Will There be Restrictions?

The main things to do when you return is follow the main guidelines from the HSE:

  • Wash/sanitize your hands on arrival
  • Cover your mouth with a tissue or sleeve when you cough or Sneeze
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Cleaning of the facility will take place at regular intervals
  • Know the COVID-19 symptoms
