Atlantic Jiu Jitsu Sligo was well represented at the Midlands Open BJJ Championship. The tournament took place in County Laois and was attended by practitioners from all over Ireland. Ray Casey attended the tournament and succeeded in taking home the gold

Ray has put in continuous hard work and has shown real motivation in his preparation. It is great to see members competing. Also showing such a high standard when competing.
